A little about me.

Hi, I’m Stefano! By day, I’m a Telecom Engineer and Partner Engineering Manager at Google in London, where I lead the Pixel Partner Engineering cluster for the UK, Ireland, and Italy. I manage a brilliant team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), oversee partner account management, and drive joint engineering projects directly with UK carriers. I also work on edge AI and manage product definition for the UK and Ireland, with a strong focus on shaping AI-based consumer experiences on mobile. Essentially, that means my working hours are spent bridging the gap between cutting-edge mobile hardware and complex operator infrastructure, making sure our tech plays nice across major European markets.

I’ve always loved everything about mobile networks, hardware-software integration, and robust infrastructure. In fact, my passion for engineering is so deep that it doesn't really stop when I log off. I’m the kind of tech enthusiast who builds an enterprise-grade home network configuration that looks like it belongs to a mid-sized startup rather than a London flat—complete with headless Linux servers and Docker stacks running local AI models. And when I'm not optimizing data packets, I'm usually sending voice ones across the globe via amateur radio.

Basically, if it involves a signal, an uptime counter, or an advanced configuration menu, I'm probably trying to tweak it. When I absolutely have to disconnect from the screens, you can usually find me shifting my focus to physical infrastructure—either putting in work at the gym, clearing my head on a 10k run, cooking something good, or hunting down a proper, authentic pizza. (And yes, it absolutely needs Gorgonzola on it.)

Curious by default.
